As discussed the details of fixed assets of Rs. 62.52 lakhs have been submitted by the industry with the application, which mainly comprises of purchase of land for development of green area (details provided in the note above), Ambient Air Quality monitoring system, Roller crusher for crushing of slag, cylinders, Magnet scrap lifting, cables, belt conveyer, water softener etc. Further, the industry has got the amended in EC from SEIAA vide letter no. 962 dated 21/09/2022 for development of plantation area. As per the letter, the industry has acquired 2300 sqmt of additional land and accordingly, the industry shall develop 33% of green belt in the existing unit area 10323.23 sqm and additional area 2300 sqm. The representative of the industry submitted that 18% of green area has been developed inside the unit and 15% has been developed outside the unit. As per the visit, the industry has acquired and developed 55 Biswa under plantation in land acquired outside the unit at Village Salani and the industry has also developed 2 pockets, one near the entrance and other along the right side of the boundary wall, under plantation. The 3rd pocket at the back side is partially developed and shall be developed within 15 days as informed by the industry.</span></p>
