The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has deposit fee only under the Air Act, 1981. The industry is requested to deposited the consent to operate fee under the Water Act, 1974
2. The unit is required to submit the license of the machinery from the Forest Department.
3. The unit is required to submit the stack emission analysis report from Board's/ NABL approved laboratory.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
