The application of the industry was the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry type and Status of the industry in application is not in order.
2. The fee submitted by the industry is not verified along with the application.
3. The Details of increase in the plant and machinery is not submitted.
4. The industry has applied for varied Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 even if there is no change in the production or in Air pollution sources.
5. The applicant is requested to attach proof of Large scale of the industry.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
