| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry was found engaged in the washing of fabric but now has applied for the Dyeing process as well which needs clarification.
2. The applicant has not submitted the Completion certificate of APCD/ETP and Dimensional Site plan mentioning the Plantation area for disposal of treated trade effluent/domestic effluent as well as the Septic Tank.
3. As per the certificate of DTP, Ludhiana, the 500’ of the site falls in Mix land Use which can only be used for Green Category and the remaining land can be used for Industrial Use. The applicant is required to clarify the above as the industry falls in Red Category.
4. The applicant has not submitted a Partnership Deed/Memorandum of Article of Association /Proprietorship certificate/ Resolution of the Board of Director/ partners regarding authorized signatory AND Land documents such as Registration deed/ Jamabandi/ Rent deed/ lease deed indicating details of the property. The applicant is also required to submit proof of the date of commissioning.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be taken.
