The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under :
• The industry is requested to submit completion certificate of STP installed .
• As per NOC condition The industry has not submitted approved building plan from the Director of Factories under Factories Act, 1948.Only approved site plan is submitted .
• As per NOC and EC condition the project proponent shall apply and obtain authorization under the Hazardous and other Waste Management Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time.
• As per EC condition The PP is required to submit the status of, 24x7 continuous emission monitoring system at the inlet as well as the outlet (stack) of each APCD to monitor the SPM concentration and Continuous Ambient Air Quality monitoring for parameters relevant to the main pollutants released.
• As per EC condition.Green belt has to be developed in an area of 5,542.28 sqm (equal to 33% of the plant area). The industry needs to clarify that the green map submitted is the same as that submitted at the time of obtaining EC . Also what is the present status of green belt developed and timelines.
• Any expenses undertaken under CER activities.
• The industry has deposited consent fee not adequate even for 1 year, which requires clarification.
