<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 13pt;">In view of the note of AEE, it is recommended that c</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">onsent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 granted to the industry may be renewed upto 30.09.2023 subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and special condition </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">that the industry shall ensure all the times that entire ETP sludge be collected and stored in covered shed within premises, as per SOPs laid down by CPCB.</span></span></p> |
