Earlier the industry was granted consents under both Acts valid upto 04.02.2021.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">RO has processed the consent cases without visit for grant as per circular issued by the Board in officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018. As per agenda note, the industry <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">has installed 01 no. induction furnace with bag filter as APCD, 1 no. shot blasting machine with in-built bag house as APCD and stack of adequate height. There is no source of trade effluent and the domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation. </span></span></p>
