Earlier the industry was granted consents under both Acts valid upto 04.02.2021.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>RO has processed the consent cases without visit for grant as per circular issued by the Board in officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018. As per agenda note, the industry <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">has installed 01 no. induction furnace with bag filter as APCD, 1 no. shot blasting machine with in-built bag house as APCD and stack of adequate height. </span></span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> K</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">eeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions and additional condition that the industry will submit air emission analysis report of induction furance analyzed from Board, lab within one month.
