Regional Office in its note dated 01/12/2022 has recorded two observations w.r.t Master Plan, both are contradictory, as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">On one side Regional Office reported that Master Plan stands approved/notified during 2015 and on other side it further intimated that the draft Master Plan, is in the public domain for public opinion. This needs to be clarified. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As such, Regional Office may clearly indicate the status of Master Plan viz-a-viz validity of proposed CTOs and further shifting of this unit being in residential area. </span></p> |
