<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh CTO under Water Act, 1974 and varied consent to operate under Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, the Regional Office be allowed to grant consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 with validity upto 30.09.2030 and directions u/s 31-A of Air Act, 1981 be issued to the DFSC for restoration of the license to the brick kiln.</span></p>
