Respected Sir, we have already enclosed herewith the feasiility report of STP, ETP and APCD mentioning the capacity of the plant and accordingly the completion certificate of the same has been enclosed for your ready reference. Further, we have also attached herewith the completion certificate of APCD in the air application and again enclosed herewith for your kind information. Moreoover, we have already enclosed herewith the layout plant mentioning the green area in the green color and copy of the same is again enclosed for your informaton. further, we have checked the categorization of CPCB and as per categorization, industry falls under orange category, but while applying last consent to operate, the officer of the board had intimated that the industry falls under red category. Kindly suggest the category number for which industry falls and requested to change the same from System Administrator. It is requested to kindly process our application please. |
