<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">industry</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Multilayer Poly Film @ 8 Metric Tonnes/Day, Printing In Multilayer Poly flim & another Film @ 12 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Poly Granules, Multilayer Films, BOPP Films, Polyester Films, Paper , Aluminum Foil, Inks, Adhesive & Coatings 20 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material under orange category with latest CA certificate, Compliance report of previous consent conditions, Analysis report. The industry has deposited Rs. 2400/- vide Receipt No. 456767483 dated 07.12.2022 & Rs. 2400/- Vide R. No. 49666921 dated 07.12.2022 under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 48,000/- vide Receipt No. 72/5465 dated 01.11.2022 under each act against the capital investment of Rs. 1865.64 lacs as on 23.09.2022. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate up to <strong>30.09.2023</strong>. The industry has submitted compliance report of the consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Multilayer Poly Film @ 8 Metric Tonnes/Day, Printing In Multilayer Poly flim & another Film @ 12 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Poly Granules, Multilayer Films, BOPP Films, Polyester Films, Paper, Aluminum Foil, Inks, Adhesive & Coatings 20 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material under orange category may be renewed to the industry upto 30.09.2023 </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">subject to certain conditions and special conditions as under:<span style="background: white;"> -</span></span></p>
