| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application it was observed as under:-
1. The project proponent is required to submit revenue record and aksh sajra (revenue map mentioning the Khasra Nos.) of the site, so as to check the regularity/continuity of the site of project.
2. The project proponent is required to submit NOC from Department of Town and Country Planning regarding the establishment of food court/project of at the mention site, clearly mentioning the Khasra nos. in the NOC issued by Department of Town and Country Planning.
3. The project proponent has submitted project report, however same is not in synchronization with the application form (NOC for food court) and there has been no mentioning of generation of effluent from various sources.
4. The project proponent is required to submit details of land area for plantation for disposal of treated effluent generated from the process.
5. The project proponent is required to submit clear copy of site plan of the project.
