<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is submitted that the application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under: </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry has mentioned in the application form that domestic effluent @ 13 KLD shall be generated from the unit. However, the same is not in consonance with the manpower details mentioned by the industry in its application form. As such the industry is required to submit proper water balance. 2. The industry has still not mention the detail of green area, onto which treated effluent is proposed to be discharge. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry has submitted its reply through online system, which is still not in order as the industry is now submitting that only 3 KLD of effluent shall be generated, which is in contradiction with the details mentioned in the application form.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As such, the applciation cannot be processed further and is liable to be returned online.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of above, online approval may please be accroded to return the application online, with the request to resubmit the same after attending the above.</span></p> |
