<p class="MsoNormal">Sir, the case was scrutinized and the following observations were made:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry has not submitted proof of date of commissioning of the industry i.e Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no. Moreover, the industry is requested to deposit balance consent fee of amounting Rs. 3900/- under each act. The industry has not submitted certificate regarding classification of area.</p>
