The application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under: 1. Earlier, the industry was granted ‘CONSENT TO OPERATE’ for total value of assets of Rs. 18.75 cr. now, the project proponent has now again submitted CA certificate mentioning total value of assets as Rs. 188.38 cr. the project proponent is required to intimate the reason for such huge increase in the value of assets. 2. The project proponent has not deposited consent fee adequate for five years.
3. the project proponent has simply uploaded a copy of cheques in the consent fee column, the pp is required to upload receipt of fee payment with the application form.
Please clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter. |
