The industry had not obtain consent to establish before setting up of the unit and has directly applied for obtaining ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has deposited Rs. 5700/- vide UTR R. no. SDL112855845 dated 14.09.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 3700/- vide UTR R. no. SDL112855337dated 14.09.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2024 (considering Rs. 1800/-as NOC fee as the unit has been setup without obtaining CTE) for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 22.5 Lacs on 13.09.2022.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has submitted a classification of land use issued by DTP, SAS Nagar vide letter no. 1234 dated 15.07.2022, wherein it has mentioned that hadbast no. 206, Khasran no. 12//16/1 (0-5) falls under ‘Industry zone’ as per Proposed Land Use Plan, Lalru as such the site of suitable for setting up of the unit.</span></p>
