<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">It is submitted that the subject cited industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of RMC Plant Concrete @ 10800 CFT/day by using Cement @ 64500 Kgs/day, Sand @ 3700 CFT/day, Aggregate (Bajri) @ 7550 @ CFT/day <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Water @ 8000 Ltr/Day using under green category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Earlier consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted vide online reference no. CTE/Fresh/PKT/2022/18156636 dated 14/03/2022, which was valid upto 13/03/2023 under Green Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 26,100/- vide UTR No. <br />SBIN522257769473 dated 14/09/2022 & Rs. 25,600/- vide UTR No. SBIN522257768527 dated 14/09/2022 as consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 respectively against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 188.00/- Lacs as on 11/04/2022 and same are adequate upto 31/12/2026 under both Acts including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee. The project proponent has submitted Approved Building Plan from the competent person under the Punjab Factories Act, 1948. </span></p>

During visit the industry was in operation during the visit. </span></p>

Only domestic effluent is generated by the industry, for treatment for which the industry has constructed septic tank with provision to discharge the treated domestic effluent on to land for plantation. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">May if approved consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/12/2026 for the manufacturing of RMC Plant Concrete @ 10800 CFT/day subject to the following special conditions:- </span></p>
