Sir, Please find enclosed herewith the reply of undersigned w.r.t. show cause notice issued.   Ø  It is further submitted that the industry has submitted its reply to the show cause notice issued by Zonal Office vide letter no. 5940-41 dated 15.12.2022, which is reproduced as under:   "1) Cost of Land is not included in CA Certificate : The conveyance deed was registered  in my personal name in the year 2015-2016 and the expenses for the same has been debited in my personal capital Account for the said year. CA Certificate is prepared based upon figures available in the schedule of Fixed assets, hence the same is not included in the CA Certificate. However I enclosed herewith a copy of conveyance deed for which I have incurred cost of 168500.00 (One Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundreds Only) which may be added while ascertaining the fees required to be deposited.   2)   Improvement in building cost from 3.90 lac to 16.95 lakh : Sir in the recent periods we have added machinery to modernize our unit. For that purpose we had constructed a building. All the Bills related with construction of building are attached herewith.   <p class="yiv7647842207gmail-msolistparagraph" style="text-align: justify; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">3)   Expansion in Machinery however no change in Capacity: As already stated we added machinery to modernize our unit, with this machinery our capacity will not increase but we will be able to compete with the new trends in the market and cost of production will be low. Missing bills of machinery are attached herewith."     Ø  Further, the industry has submitted conveyance deed of land executed between proprietor of the industry and PSIEC dated 24.08.2015, amounting to Rs. 1.68 lakhs. Including the value of conveyance deed submitted by the industry, total value of gross fixed assets will be Rs. 171.37 lakhs. As such, adequacy of the fee remained same.   Ø  The industry has submitted copy of bills regarding increase in gross fixed assets of building and machinery head, which is due to renovation of building and expansion in the non-polluting machinery. The industry has submitted that machinery is added to modernize the unit and to reduce cost of production. There is no change in the production capacity.   Submitted for consideration please.
