Earlier , the application of the lab was applied for fresh </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & <span style="color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">consent to operate u/s 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS with requisite documents. The HCF has deposited Rs. 10,000/- on 18.04.2022 vide </span></span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">UTR number is CBINH22108027524 </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 10,000/- on 18.04.2022 vide </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">UTR number is CBINH22108010361</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, both are adequate upto 31.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">To verify the contents of the application the site of the HCF was visited by the JEE of this office on 19.12.2022 & during visit it was observed:- </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">1.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF is non bedded clinical lab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">2.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has made agreement with M/s Medicare Environment Management Pvt. Ltd. Tajpur Road, Ludhiana valid upto 31.01.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">3. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has maintained the record regarding lifting of bio medical waste by CBMWTF on day to day basis.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">4.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has provided pre-treatment system to treat it liquid waste with 1% sodium hypochlorite from the activities of lab before drain into sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">5.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Domestic effluent is being discharged into public sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">6.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has installed pre-treatment to Microbiology/Blood bags etc. with autoclave before lifted to CBMWTF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">7.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has installed a 01 D.G. set of capacity 82.5 KVA equipped with canopy and adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">8.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF is complying under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
