<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The hot mix plant applied for obtaining consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The hot mix plant was visited by the officer of the Board on 02.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

Inadequate stack height provided with APCD and no sampling facility has been provided.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span><span style="background: white;">In view of above, the hot mix plant has been issued show cause notice before refusal of 'Consents to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing on 16.12.2022. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>During hearing, Sh. Suresh Singh, Liasoning Officer of the project submitted reply to the notice issued to it, which has been taken on record. He further stated the incompletions pointed out by the Board have been removed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>After hearing the representative of the industry as well as officer of the Board, it has been decided that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Regional Office shall visit the hot mix plant to verify the compliance (s) made by it at site immediately and thereafter send report/recommendations regarding disposal of pending consent applications, within 03 days.</span></p>
