After scrutinized the application the following shortcoming was observed as under:
1. The PP has not submitted any copy of partnership deed/ MoA etc.
2. The PP has not submitted any proposal regarding re-circulation of treated effluent within the premises.
3. The PP has not submitted any compliance of NOC condition granted to it.
4. The PP has not submitted any detail of completion certificate of STP.
5. The pp has not submitted any detail of solid waste disposal and treatment line.
6. The PP has not submitted any sewer connection approval from the GMADA authority.
7. The PP has not applied for Consent to Operate under Air Act, 1981.
You are hereby requested to submit the reply of above observations within 03 days alongwith hard copy of application form as well as requisite documents. |
