<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in .2pt .0001pt 88.9pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed an MBBR based ETP followed by filtration unit for treatment of waste water generated from solvent extraction plant and outlet was not available from ETP, as the solvent extraction unit was not in operation during visit. The rep. of the industry informed that there is no continuous generation of wastewater and the intermittent waste water generation is being treated in ETP and the entire treated wastewater is reused in the adjoining cooling tower, as make up water and requested that the consent may be granted for reuse of treated effluent in place of onto land for plantation. The industry has not provided flow-meter at the outlet of ETP.</span></p>

Paddy straw based Bio Mass is being used as fuel in the boiler @ 1.5 TPH.</span></p>
