<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by the RO. It is intimated that the industry did violate the provision of the Water Act,1974, and Air Act,1981. Accordingly, the industry was issued a show cause notice for violation of provisions of the Water Act, 1974, and AirAct, 1981, along with an opportunity to show cause in writing within 15 days. However, the industry has not yet replied to the same.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now The industry has applied for CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be issued to the industry with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
