<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">The HCF has deposited Rs. 5,000/- and Rs. 500/- as application form fee vide R No. 730855139 dated 07/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 5,000/- vide R No. 388623197 dated 07/12/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. As such, the fee deposited by the HCF is adequate upto 31/12/2027 according to Board's order no. EPA/2017/No. 2235-59 dated 07/07/2017.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">In light of the facts mentioned above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 15 no. beds may be granted to the HCF upto 30/09/2027 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:</span></p>
