<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO. if approved, varied consent to operate granted under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/9/2027 subject to suitable conditions alongwith the following special conditions may also be imposed that</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">1) </span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The shool shall not consume any fuel except HSD for the operation ot DG sets without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US">2) </span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">E.E RO shall request to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with Environment Laws, if any violations found send report/ recommendations thereafter.</span></p>
