The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted partnership deed, proprietor sheep deed etc.
2. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan form competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
3. The project proponent needs to deposit additional consent fees amounting to Rs. 81,666/- under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 64,866 under Air Act, 1981 to make it adequate till 31.12.2023.
