<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project proponent has proposed to set up a small-scale red category wire-drawing unit and has applied for Consent to Establish along with requisite documents and fees. The applicant has proposed to manufacture Bead wire @ 15000 Nos/day, Pin Wire @ 9000 numbers/day and Bush Wire @ 6000 Nos/day by using HSH Carbon Steel Coils @ 20000 kgs/day.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has submitted a certificate from DTP, Ludhiana regarding land use classification as Industrial Zone; MoA of the firm, Land Registered deed and Fard, Site Plan/Location plan and Project report mentioning manufacturing process & total cost of the project as Rs 166.6 lacs.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 20/12/2022 and it was observed that the building is already constructed at the site and was found empty. The machinery and other equipment are yet to be installed. The applicant has proposed to install ETP based on ZLD Technology for the treatment of effluent generated from the process. The industry has informed us that they will be using RO Permeate on land for a plantation for which there is sufficient land inside the premises. The site falls in Industrial Zone as per the certificate from DTP, Ludhiana.</p>
