As the sender is not having valid Authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, 2016 and the receiver is not having any Passbook to receive any Hazardous waste as per Rule 6 of Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, 2016, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused after providing the opportunity of personal hearing, please.</p> |
