<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied the fresh CTO under the Water act,1974. RO has reported that no trade effluent was being generated from the process by the industry, the site is suitable for such type of project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved fresh CTO underwater act,1974 may be granted up to 30/9/24 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may be requested to keep vigil in the operation of the wash process, if the industry found the wash process operation, then send the report along with recommendation immediately.</span></p>
