<p>Sir, in compliance to the observations raised by Zonal Offic,e it is submitted that the industry was visited on 21.12.2022 and it was observed that :-</p>
<p>1. The industry has now dismantled the machinery, which was earlier used to fill mineral water in the banned plastic cups has now been dismantled. </p>
<p>2. The industry has submitted certificate from DTP vide no. 2804 dated 14.12.2022, as per which the site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan (2007-31) (copy attached)</p>
