It is intimated that the industry has applied the fresh CTO under the Air act,1981. RO has reported that the site is suitable for such type of project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved fresh CTO under the Air act,1981 may be granted up to 30/9/24 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> An additional may be imposed that the industry shall not consume any fuel for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board and verify compliance with the environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
