<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 70.9pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">2.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry shall execute annual maintenance contract (AMC) for APCD from the repute agency and/or depute a technical hand to operate the APCD and maintain record.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 70.9pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">3.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry shall ensure that no black smoke should be emitted from the stack of the industry and shed of the unit at any point of time.</span></p> |
