<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">It is submitted that the previous application of the industry was returned by the RO citing that:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">"<span style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by Environmental Engineer alongwith AEE of this office on 17/12/2022 and it was observed that the facts mentioned in the application w.r.t. water and air does not match with the mentioned in the application. Moreover, the cost of fixed assets as mentioned in the CA certificate does not match with that mentioned in the application form. Additionally, the industry has not submitted completion certificate w.r.t. APCD, Boiler and STP installed in the unit. Accordingly, the representative of the industry Sh. Satnam Singh visited was apprised of the above facts and he requested to return the application so that the same can be filled correctly and re-submitted. Hence, the application is being returned to industry on its request.</span>"</span></em></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Therefore, it is recommended to forward the application to RO, FGS <strong>for scrutinizing the application details vis-a-vis the visit carried out on 17/12/2022, verification of the proposal of the industry & submission of report/ recommendations on merits within 7 days.</strong> Furthermore, the RO be requested to specifically verify if the proposal of the industry is in consonance with the ‘Consent to Establish’ earlier granted to the industry and give comments on the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">P.S.: In case, any other supporting document is required by the visiting Officer in light of the site conditions / observations during the conduct of visit, the same may be obtained from the project proponent / industry through online clarification/ attachment of addendum before submission of recommendations to decide the application.</span></p> |
