It is submitted that the MC has regularize the colony for plotting purpose. However, the PP has started construction of flats at the site and completed structure of G+2 storied building from Plot no. 84 to 93. The PP was verbaly asked to submit the undertaking regarding builtup area of the same as well as the builtup area shall not exceed beyond the 20,000 sqmtr.
You are once again requested to submit the undertaking regarding builtup area within 03 days falling which the online application can be returned without any further intimation. |
