<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In compliance to directions issued the Executive Engineer, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd., Hoshiarpur has also directed vide this office letter no. 2432 dated 16/11/2022 to disconnect the electric connection available to subject cited unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; color: red; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consents under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The industry was deposited </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;">Rs. <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">111600/- vide R.no 766793094 dated 13.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 111600/- under Air Act, 1981. Rs. 3600/- as NOC fee, Rs. 500/- as application form fee,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>which is valid upto 30/06/2027<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> against the gross value of fixed assets @ Rs 48.35 Lacs as per CA Certificate submitted by the industry.</span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has uploaded letter from Municipal Corporation, Hoshiarpur vide letter no. 427 dated 07.12.2022 which it is mentioning that the industry shall shift its unit upto 2026. The industry has submitted/uploaded copy of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">TDCO no. 100020107159 for disconnect the electric connection of the industry.
