<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> <u>Recommendation</u>:-</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> Keeping In view of above, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2032 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>

Department of Science, Technology and Environment vide order no. 932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry shall upgrade or install adequate air pollution control device to achieve the amended emission standard, if any amendment made. </span></li>

<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The industry shall not make any expansion inside the present premises without obtaining prior permission from the Board.
