The industry is being operated in the area as per the earlier approved building plan. In view of facts mentioned above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 30/06/2027 to manufacture Media Kraft Paper @ 25 TPD subject suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.
