<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">During grant of 'Consent to Establish'/NOC for expansion, (vide no: CTE/Exp/LDH3/2021/17175932) the project proponent has shown the value of fixed assets as Rs. 80 Lac and had proposed expansion of about 15 Lac. However, now the project proponent has submitted C.A. certificate showing value of fixed assets as 56 Lac. Accordingly, clarification was raised online and the project proponent has submitted that the decrease in value of fixed assets is due to sale of land of Rs. 29.5 Lacs. However, the project proponent has not submitted any sale deed, revised site plan/layout plan to justify the decrease in value of fixed assets. <br />Keeping the above in view, kindly grant approval to return the application and the project proponent will be asked to apply it again with </span>sale deed & revised site plan/layout plan and revised approved building plans (if any due to change in site area). <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p> |
