<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">RO has reported that the </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">industry was visited on 09.12.2022 and the industry was in operation during visit and t</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">he industry has started construction activity for the proposed expansion at site. Further the </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">industry has proposed to install ETP </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">for treatment of effluent </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">which is adequate for 5 KLD effluent. But it has not been commented by RO about the nature of water polluting process it has proposed to add and whether it is not reuired to make agreement with CETP Ludhiana for disposal of effluent being small sacle unit. </span></span></p>
