<p>Ealier, this office has identified the subject cited unit as it has established medium scale industry without even obtaining NOC/CTE from the Board. </p>
<p>The industry is having complete knowledge regarding PPCB norms as it is already operating its sister concern unit in Mohali. </p>
<p>Even then, undersigned has pursued the industry telephonically 10-15 times to apply for obtaining consents of the Board. Also, undersigned has guided the industry at every step, when the industry has visited help desk of this office. </p>
<p>Then also, the industry has applied cto application with multiple mistakes and documents submitted by it are unable to open.</p>
<p>INVEST Punjab has also helped the industry and still, its application was returned by them two times. </p>
<p>This is the 3rd time, the industry has submitted in-complete application. Now, undersigned has requested the industry to visit this office help desk so that correct application may be filed.</p>
