Both the boilers have common stack, so the total capacity is considered as 14 TPH. As per analysis results, the concentration of SPM was found as 189 mg/Nm3 in sample collected by officer of the Board on 31.10.2022, which is within prescribed limits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 31.65pt; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 18.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2027 with suitable conditions.</span></p>
