<p>The site of the project falls in the residential area as per Master Plan of Ludhiana. Further, the site is at a distance of more than 8 Km from the Municipal limits of Ludhiana City and no residential houses falls within 500 meters of the proposed site. Nearest village phirni is at a distance of more than 1 Km as per reported by AEE above.</p>
<p>Considering above, case may be considered for grant for temporary basis for the construction of Ludhiana Roopnagar Green field Expressway only as proposed by AEE above pl. </p>
