<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The hotel is a small orange category hotel and has been granted CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, valid upto 30/09/2021.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981. The industry has deposited consents fee, which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 under both Acts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The hotel was visited by officer of RO on 09-12-2022 and it was observed as under:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The hotel was in operation during the visit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The hotel has 01 banquet hall, 01 kitty hall and has total of 16 rooms.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The hotel has provided an STP with components as oil and grease trap, aeration tanks, clarifier, Filters, final collection tank. Further the effluent sample has been collected by the officer of this office on 03-11-2022 and as per analysis result the concentration of various parameters i.e. pH @ 7.7, TSS @ 28 mg/l, TDS @ 886 mg/l, COD @ 104 mg/l, BOD @ 34 mg/l and oil & grease @ BDL are found to be within prescribed limit for hotel with less than 20 beds.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The hotel has submitted lettesr dated 29.06.2021 regarding sanction for sewerage connection issued by GLADA.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. The hotel is maintaining the record of STP operation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. The hotel has made agreement with M/s A2V INFRA SERVICE for disposal of Municipal Solid Waste. During visit, the hotel representative informed that they have ordered mechanical bio-composter and same will be installed in 15 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. The hotel has installed 02 no. DG sets of capacity 62 KVA and 200 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the hotel upto 30.09.2026 with suitable condition and special condition that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The Hotel will maintain the record of STP operation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The hotel will install mechanical bio-composter within 01 month.</p>
