<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has installed all the machinery except rolling mill. The industry has complied with most of the conditions imposed in the EC granted to it and certain work is under process.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;">Further, the industry has provided manometers on the APCDs.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;">It is therefore recommended that fresh consent to operate be granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2023 with special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
