Manju Bala w/o Sh. Tinku Kumar. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol;">&middot;<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a letter issued by DTP, Mansa vide his memo. no. 925 dated 18.11.2022, wherein it has been mentioned that the site bearing khasra no. 302//3/1(4-14), 2(4-7) falls under the notified local planning area of Budhlada, the Master Plan of which is yet to be prepared. The site falls outside MC limits of any local body.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol;">&middot;<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The proposed site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 16.12.2022 and it has been reported that the site is located at a distance more than 100 mtr away from M.C. limit and from nearby village and there is no residential area / 15 houses within 100 mtr radius of the proposed site. The Project proponent has started construction of boundary wall. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol;">&middot;<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; &nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has proposed the utilization of the entire wastewater generated from the process for the production of Card Board / Mix Board.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In view of above, if approved, 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the industrial unit for its establishment for production of Card Board/Mix Board @ 8 TPD, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry shall comply with Standard Operating Procedures prescribed for utilization of primary ETP sludge of pulp &amp; paper mill (category 32.3 of schedule-I) of HOWM Rules, 2016.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry shall ensure the compliance of zoning regulations of the Master Plan to be notified by the Department of Town &amp; Country Planning, Punjab. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">This 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances/permissions from the other concerned departments, as required.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Competency: SEE</span></p>
