CTE/Exp/RPN/2022/19354378 dated 26.10.2022 valid upto 25.10.2023. Now the industry has desired to start production in said unit and has applied for varied consents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="text-indent: 72pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As such as per note of AEE/EE,RO Runagar, may if approved competent authority be requested that varied Consent to operate be granted to the unit upto 31.03.2023 under the provisions the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing </span><span style="text-indent: 72pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Caustic Soda @ 165000 Mt/Year, Chlorine Gas @ 146190 Mt/Year, Hydrogen Gas @ 4125 Mt/Year, SBP (Stable Bleaching Powder) @ 33000 Mt/Year and By-Product as Liquid Chlorine @ 146190 Mt/Year, Hydrochloric Acid @ 66000 Mt/Year and Sodium Hypo Chlorite @ 3333 Mt/Year </span><span style="text-indent: 72pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall maintain its alkali scrubber provided with the SBP plant in operational condition at all the times.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall comply with the conditions of Environmental Clearance granted under the provisions of EIA notification dated 14/09/2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall install STP for treatment of domestic effluent as proposed Environmental Clearance granted to it.</span></p>
