<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of note dated 22.12.2022 of the Regional Office and above, if approved, the CTOs under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 &</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Air Act, 1981 </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 subject to the specific condition that the industry will not undergo any change in its production capacity, machinery and land area without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Also the Regional Office be requested to visit the industry within 2 months and submit complete report alongwith recommendations in the matter.</span></p>
