CTOW/Fresh/FDK/2022/20130019 & CTOA/Fresh/FDK/2022/20130018 dated 17.10.2022, valid upto 31.12.2022 for operation of the unit for production of Fortified Rice @ 0.40 TPH by using Rice Vitamins and Minerals @ 0.40 TPH as raw material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for consent to operate for operation of the unit under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with same capacity, the detail of case is as under:</span></p>

No. SDL116647175 dated 09.11.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 6400/- vide UTR / Ref. No. SDL116647480 dated 09.11.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 under both the Acts.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site was already visited by officer of the Board on 12.10.2022 and found complying</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 8.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted for operation of the unit for production of Fortified Rice @ 0.40 TPH to the industry upto 31.12.2027 with usual conditions along with specific condition that this CTO shall supersede the earlier granted CTO vide no. CTOW/Fresh/FDK/2022/20130019 & CTOA/Fresh/FDK/2022/20130018 dated 17.10.2022, both valid upto 31.12.2022, respectively.</span></p> |
