<p class="Style" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in .7pt .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Discussed, it is submitted that as per Board’s office order no. 64 dated 02.02.2021, “<em>the standalone/seasonal Marriage Palaces shall continue to follow the policy already circulated by Board vide no. SEE(HQ-2)/2016/2665-64 dated 12.05.2016 and shall provide atleast a grit removal arrangement with oil & grease trap followed by septic tank of having adequate design to treat the effluent received</em>.” In this case, the marriage palace is of capacity 400 persons per function (less than 500 persons) and is standalone/seasonal in nature, as such in light of said office order, it is recommended that the marriage palace maybe granted renewal of Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
